Participant Information Mid-Distance

The competitions in Mid-Distance will take place in Hamar for Mid-Distance Limited MD (MD-6) and Unlimited MD (MD-12) class 3 x 42 km.

The IFSS rules are somewhat open to interpretation but will nevertheless provide the basis for the races. The exact rules will be published here when clarified with IFSS.
